I learned a shocking piece of news this morning that your president Mr Lech Kaczyński, his wife Mari, the chief of the Armija Polska, Deputy Foreign Minister, the president of the Polish Central Bank and lots of the relatives of the victims of the Katyn massacre have perished in an aviation disaster with the Soviet Russian jet plane TU-154 (a type from the 1950s) near Smolensk (and Katyn).
Would you accept my most heartbreaking condolences to you, your students, colleagues and people related to another Katyn massacre in Russia adding 96 victims to  the 22,000 victims of the massacre in WW2?
